Soil Science

The subject of soil science received the doctor degree’s grant right in the year of 2000 and began to recruit doctoral students in 2001. Doctoral research directions include Soil Chemistry & Plant Nutrition, Soil Resources & Information Technology and Soil Conservation & Utilization. We own existing equipments valued 2,800,000 Yuan in total. We have engaged in soil science research in good condition.

Soil science in master degree has three research directions, namely soil chemistry, soil resources, soil ecological environment. The main graduate courses include Advanced Soil Science, Soil Resources & Evaluation, Research Method of Soil, Earth Science, Soil Chemistry, Special Subject on Resources & Environment and Ecological Environment of Soil.

Plant Nutrition

Plant nutrition got authority over Master Degrees in 1994. Research directions include plant nutrition mechanism and regulation, plant nutrition environmental ecology, preparation and application of new fertilizer. The master degree station aims to train advanced professional who can master the theory of plant nutrition and work in this field.

Research directions include Plant nutrition mechanism and control, Plant nutrition and food safety, Elements cycling and the environment, New kind fertilizers development and application.
